Welcome to Bonnsai!

Bonnsai is the first Ultimate Frisbee team in Bonn. We have open practices 2 - 3 times a week, and all are welcome to join us, whether beginners or experts. We offer companionship in the enjoyment of motion, fitness, and the art of throwing.

Training:

Our practices consist of training in throwing, running, fitness, and field tactics, followed by a practice game.

Useful to bring along:

• Sports kit (including a yellow, and a blue T-shirt),
• Appropriate footwear (football boots, cleats, Land Sharks),
• If the practice is held at a University facility (Venusberg or Römerstr.), you'll need a student ID or a Visitor's Card,
• If you've got one handy, an Ultimate game disc (a 175-gram disc from Discraft, Wham-O, Eurodisc, etc.)

Practice Times

The current practice times are:

Sat., Feb. 25 - 2:00 pm, University Sports Hall, Römerstraße 164 - Map (Univ. ID or Visitor's Card required)
Sun., Feb. 26 - 2:00 pm, Beuel - Map
Wed., Feb. 29 - 8:30 pm, BTHV - Map (indoor shoes or artificial turf shoes only)

If you're interested in playing, simply come to one of our practices. No advance notice is necessary.
